This knife is made of cobalt alloy steel with molybdenum-vanadium and chrome added for excellent wear resistance and is specially designed for professional use. The 18-8 stainless steel handle is easy to wash and bacteria-resistant making it extremely hygienic. It can be sterilized with boiling water (180℃), without affecting the sharpness, hardness, or handle. The blade is crafted by professional craftsmen and is easy to repair and sharpen.
