Supported by the properties of 16-chrome high-grade stainless steel with molybdenum construction. 16-chrome offers even better adhesion than traditional 13-chrome, preventing slippage or separation of the layered steel during sharpening and edging and giving this blade superior rust resistance. 16-chrome steel has been realized from the unification of Misono's techniques, developed across its long history.
