Supported by the properties of 16-chrome high-grade stainless steel with molybdenum construction. 16-chrome offers even better adhesion than traditional 13-chrome, preventing slippage or separation of the layered steel during sharpening and edging and giving this blade superior rust resistance. 16-chrome steel has been realized from the unification of Misono's techniques, developed across its long history. Compared to traditional products, this knife can cut to any level. Resistant to rust, easy to sharpen; truly a knife of high quality and advanced capability. Double-edged.
