This knife, specially designed for professional use, is made of cobalt alloy steel with molybdenum-vanadium and chrome added for excellent wear resistance. The 18-8 stainless steel handle is easy to wash and bacteria-resistant. The design is easy to grip and prevents slipping for an excellent hand feel. It can be sterilized with boiling water (180℃), which does not affect the sharpness, hardness, and handle at all. The blade is cut by a professional craftsman and can be easily resharpened.
