Your host has put his own unique spin on this beloved dish by creating a Nagashi Ramen experience! Using a bamboo flume he handcrafted especially for this experience, it features all the same elements but swaps soba noodles for ramen. Why? Andrew ‘Baba’ Rowe is a ramen aficionado and trained chef, who channels his soft spot for these flavorful, bouncy noodles into everything he does–this experience included. Once you’ve reached your peaceful destination, you’ll take part in a Nagashi Ramen experience, release handheld fireworks, and make countless memories among old and new friends!
