"Yoshi" hosted the tasting event. I didn't know much about Japanese whiskey, but I was able to learn about it because "Yoshi" explained it kindly while drinking various whiskies. (Please refer to the fact that "Yoshi" is good at English.) I made a reservation by myself, but I was able to enjoy it in a comfortable atmosphere. I think it will be a new experience even if I know a little about whisky because it is not available in Korea or introduces me to whisky that I have never seen before. It was my most memorable trip to Tokyo for seven days. Additionally, snacks and chocolates are provided, and photos and video recordings are readily allowed.

Dan Ozu was very knowledgeable about Japanese whiskies. He catered my tasting based on what I liked. He knew which whiskies came from which Prefactures, as well as explaining the history behind Japanese whiskies. Overall, I give Dan 10/10 for his knowledge and experience. Masako was an exceptional host! She was extremely kind and funny while providing us with 3 new Japanese cooking techniques, with a family recipe twist. We got to eat what we cooked for dinner and took the extra portion to go! We also ended with many caligraphy dedications from the master herself! I would highly recommend this experience to people wanting to learn how to cook timeless Japanese recipes (udon, tomagoyaki and tempura), while having fun conversations and getting immersed in the culture first hand.
