Bite-sized and simple, you’ll learn how to perfectly mix vinegar into the rice and learn the best rice-shaping techniques. Topped with your favorite ingredient, whether it be seafood or a meaty protein (or something vegetarian), you’ll enjoy eating a delicious sushi feast at the end of your class! You’ll also make a gunkan-maki sushi, which is a battleship-shaped sushi, topped with tasty fish eggs!
