Our girls, aged 12 and 14 had a fantastic time with Ayumi! They made gyoza and ramen and loved it. They say they can't wait to make it for us. They said Ayumi was a great teacher, patient and friendly. The food was delicious. Ayumi also thoughtfully emailed us the morning of the class given some heavy rain. Highly recommend.

We were met on time at Cora Coffee. Her class was set up nicely in her home. She spoke wonderful English and answered all our questions. She was very encouraging in our attempts and onigiri and Japanese only making ability or lack thereof. The food was wonderful. I would highly recommend this for anyone who loves Japanese food. And your breakfast is taken care of for the day.

We had a lovely evening with Shohei and his 2 assistants. We had the extra requirement of cooking gluten-free, which he accommodated to easily and knowledgeably, so we made gluten free Osaka style Okonomiyaki and Tempura, which where very tasty and we’re looking forward to making them again at home. All while having super nice and friendly chats.

What a wonderful experience! Everything was clearly explained and conducted in a friendly and welcoming environment. It was a real learning experience, and you got to eat your handiwork when you were finished. The host explained and demonstrated everything first and then let's you do it on your own. Very authentic and highly recommended!
