Shaved ice is nothing like a slushie — the former includes milk topped over it to give extra creaminess. Then, flavors and toppings are added afterwards, including various fresh fruit syrups and freshly sliced fruits. Especially in summer, Himitsudo is packed with locals who need an escape to beat the heat. During other seasons and sometimes on weekdays, it's easier to get your bowl of cool, creamy shaved ice!
