One of the signature dishes at Rinsuzu Shokudo is Lemon Ramen (650 yen), a fresh dish with beautiful slices of lemon floating on top.
The soup is chicken-based and uses an original fermented soy sauce that contains dashi (a broth of bonito flakes). You can savor the combination of rich-tasting chicken and soy sauce with the fresh flavor of lemons. The ramen noodles here are medium-thick and straight. You can also add the “Tori-Ten,” which is a chicken tempura, as a side dish. It has a very crunchy outside and juicy interior.
Besides the original Lemon Ramen, there are 14 kinds of ramen on the menu: Tori-Ten ramen (chicken tempura ramen), Natto Ramen, and even Curry Ramen.
Alcoholic beverages are also available.
Rinsuzu Shokudo is located 3 minutes away from Oshima Station on foot. If you are looking for fresh but rich ramen experience, Rinsuzu Shokudo is the best place for you to go.
