Simply incredible. The youthful looking 55 year old chef perfected the art of frying w light batter. It was an amazing experience which would make all past n future tempura pale in comparison. Not cheap but worth the lifetime of an experience.

First time in japan where i can truly enjoy my omakase experience with local chef who can speak English! I got a counter seat in the end even though byfood replied that only table seating is available. Will definitely recommend this restaurant for a true omakase experience in Ginza!
