———
Right next to Tokyo Station, in Tokyo’s bustling commercial and financial center, is a restaurant which serves up a totally authentic taste of Osaka in the form of its heartiest dish: okonomiyaki. The company’s extremely popular original location is still in operation in Osaka, and you’ll find the exact same menu at their Tokyo shop.
The premise of okonomiyaki is simple — just layer up heaps of delicious ingredients on a teppanyaki grill to create a high-stacked cake of savory goodness. Okonomiyaki Kiji takes the craft to new delicious heights with their choice of ingredients, such as a fatty variety of beef which melts right through the layers.
You can enjoy a range of different varieties, some with noodles and some without. Yakisoba is also available. Either watch the chef prepare it all for you at your table, or get involved in the cooking action, yourself!
