The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive, making us feel comfortable throughout the entire meal. Every course was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and each dish reflected the seasons and the chef's creativity. The Tokachi beef was perfectly cooked and absolutely outstanding, while every course maintained an impressive balance of flavor, texture, and presentation. What impressed us most was that the experience felt refined without being overly formal. It was relaxed, genuine, and focused entirely on delivering exceptional food and hospitality. A sincere thank you to the chef and the entire team at Moliere for creating such a memorable evening. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Sapporo, and we hope to return in the future.

Excellent food! My family and I really enjoyed. the experience! We had the 7 course lunch and all of them were really good and nicely presented. Meeting the chef ad the end was perfect. I also have to say that some of us have seafood allergies and the were able to accomodate us and that was really appreciated. I Hope I will come back someday!

One of the best meals in Kyoto! Simple and high quality ingredients, but rich in flavor. Try multiple types of steaks for comparison. The just and chef were very attentive - overall great place that was recommended by a friend of ours.

Lunch at Hommage was the highlight of our trip. The staff was kind and accommodating to us foreigners. The ingredients were the peak of freshness and seasonality which I think is the essence of fine cuisine. Each dish was crafted with utmost care and precision and the overall meal was well balanced in flavor and texture. The cocktails, mocktails, and wind pairing that had were also very good. French cuisine with Japanese sensibility, a perfect unity. It was one of the best meals we've had. We will be back next time we're in Tokyo.
