When setting up his establishment, he enlisted the help of Chef Satoru Nobusada, who comes from Okayama. He leads the way in sourcing top ingredients from around the country, and transforming them into classic French dishes. A meal here is concluded with offerings from the cheese cart, which you can take your pick of for an extra fee. The interior is plain yet elegant, with the feel of a classy Lyon bistro, making this a perfect place for special occasions such as anniversaries or birthdays.
