Chugokusai S. Sawada Nishi-Azabu

Head chef Shuhei Sawada is a master of Cantonese cooking techniques and flavors. His dishes bring out a range of flavors from seasonal Japanese ingredients, with every bite as complex and layered as the next. It's a rare but delightful mix of Cantonese and Japanese cuisines. Sawada trained at the famed restaurant Fook Lam Moon in Hong Kong before opening his own restaurant in Osaka, which earned a Michelin star for six consecutive years. In late 2020, the restaurant opened its Tokyo branch in Nishi-Azabu, where you can try Sawada's signature crispy chicken and other delicious dishes.
