We went to two small neighborhood noodle places and watched as they made noodles specific for our order. I ate too much as was able to only consume half of the next spot. I firmly suggest this experience. Even as I been to Tokyo many times this was a great food experience.

Shoko did a great job communicating before hand (and also following up to send up more recommendations for our trip!) The food we had was absolutely delicious and a great value. Our guide did a great explaining and answering all of our questions. She was so fun, kind, warm, and it really was a joy to spend our first evening in Japan with her, she made our trip!
