Ken, tour owner and operator was a fantastic guide. He was energetic, knowledgeable and friendly. We toured for 1.5 hrs in Gion as a group of 10ppl. Learned about history of the district and Geisha Maiko culture. We then went to private dinner. Food was tasty and well presented. Maiko came in and was beautiful and friendly. We were able to ask her questions before she performed for a dance and then we also played games. She was so much fun and had a great personality. I thought it would be more formal and serious. What an honour and major life experience for our family!

It was such an insightful experience, he was so knowledgeable about the history and really spoke with so much enjoyment it made it all more fascinating. He even brought hand warmers because it was so cold overall 10/10 would recommend it to anyone curious about Geisha it was more than just seeing one it was learning to respect the culture the way Japanese people would honor this profession.
