We only wish we had done the tour earlier in our trip so we better understood the different Japanese food earlier. They went above and beyond to help us with personal interests stops along the way.

I try to go on a food tour in every new country I travel to and our tour with Shoko was one of my favorites. Shoko did a great job communicating before hand (and also following up to send up more recommendations for our trip!) The food we had was absolutely delicious and a great value. Our guide did a great explaining and answering all of our questions. She was so fun, kind, warm, and it really was a joy to spend our first evening in Japan with her, she made our trip!

Despite being New Year’s Eve which raised many challenges for our guide, we had a wonderful time in Shibuya sampling many delicacies. The stand up sushi bar and the Yakiniku (bbq) were sensational. Big thank you to Kaori who was wonderful helping to keep our kids entertained and engaged throughout the tour.
