The class was a mixture of side dishes and sushi and was varied in what we were doing. Everything was prepared so that the class ran smoothly. Toshie was knowledgeable and kind. Pictures and videos were taken of me throughout so I can remember the experience and the techniques of preparing sushi. I was able to take home the recipes and Toshie kindly said that I could reach out to her in the future if I needed help with the recipes. 10/10 would recommend this class to anyone looking for an authentic Japanese cooking experience with an approachable, friendly and well-informed teacher.
