What a special experience! The chef made me and my teenage children feel very welcome. She taught us a lot about food and etiquette. The sushi we made was very tasty and attractive. We also had barley tea, wine and clear soup made from the dashi she had demonstrated. Very filling and nutritious. The venue was perfect too. A traditional feel room with a modern kitchen.

The cooking class was really nice. Despite the cooking instructor was not the one mentioned in the description, they were very kind and attentive to our questions. It was totally worthy.
