What You’ll Experience

Get ready to prepare your own ceviche with a professional ceviche chef! for 2 hours we will be in the kitchen of our family restaurant where I will teach you my most unique techniques to prepare a spectacular ceviche and a dish that is part of the folklore. first we will start by getting to know each other and after getting to know each other well we will start cooking! first we will learn the special cutting techniques for vegetables, then we will learn how to make a good leche de tigre (the most important part of a ceviche) to finish with the filleting of the fresh fish. While all this is being done, we will make a unique dish of the Colombian Caribbean culture called Cayeye, I will teach you its history and its preparation from scratch so that at the end we can enjoy the food prepared in the lounge of the restaurant sharing our experience in the kitchen.
