This was one of our favourite evenings ever! We had the most wonderful experience , learning about Japanese food and it’s origins and history, trying different types of ingredients, making our food and eating it in beautiful company. Yoko is a wonderful human and her passion for food and meeting travellers is inspirational. She is kind hearted and exciting to be around. I think this evening will stay in our memories forever. I haven’t even mentioned the food!!! We love sushi back home but this is something else!!! The freshest of ingredients used and we could have eaten the whole meal over again. Would highly recommend. Enjoyed every single minute of the experience. Left feeling gratitude and humbled. Thank you for inviting us into your beautiful home.

This cooking class has been an absolute highlight of our time in Japan! As a first-timer, Saeko was an excellent instructor with remarkable talent and a fantastic setup. The experience was incredibly authentic, and the flavors of the food were simply amazing. I'm still amazed at what I was able to create! I'm eagerly anticipating recreating these beautiful Japanese dishes at home using the recipes she provided. Highly recommended!

It was an absolute pleasure to join Saeko's cooking class! She is so friendly, patient and knowledgeable about Japanese cooking, and made the session really fun! It was also really lovely to sit, eat and chat with her afterwards :) thank you so much again Saeko - we'll be recommending this class to everyone we know coming to Osaka!
