This is the best class for anyone who loves cooking. It is also a new and fun class for those who don't like cooking. Also, this cafe, which hosts this tour, is very friendly and caring to everyone. It has various souvenirs made with kome rice, and it is a very nice cafe that is eco-friendly. I will try to make onigiri in the way they taught me. If you go to Tokyo, Japan, you should definitely take this class. Not only will you have fun, you can also eat your own delicious onigiri. この店最高 :)

My cooking lesson with Yuka was perfect! She was very organized, her instructions were very clear, and time was well managed. This was such a fantastic evening! The staff were all super lovely and easy to chat to, and the facts we learned about rice were interesting and in some cases, blew us away a bit! The onigiri were fun to make, and the tasting presentation for the amazake and wagashi was just beautiful. Who knew there could be so much variation in flavour and texture! Browsing the wares afterwards it was difficult not to buy one of everything. We had such a lovely time, we hope to visit again on our next trip to Japan. 5/5 easily.

Very knowledgeable and kind guides. The kitchen was easy to find from the station. The food was amazing and allowed for me to understand the basics in a Japanese kitchen setting. I’ve made the salmon from the recipes almost every night since I’ve been home. Japanese food is easy to make and healthy! I’m very excited this type of activity was available!
