Experience Details

Experience a hands-on cooking class in florence city centre. In our entertaining class you will have the chance to deeply understand the pasta-making process. Using seasonal and organic ingredients and under the guidance of expert chefs, you will learn how to make different types of pasta, accompanied by different typical Italian sauces. Then, you will have the possibility to explore the sweet world of desserts, preparing, of course, one amog the most famous.

Good To Know

  • It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to join the group, nor to have a refund or reschedule the course.
  • The cooking class will be operated by professional Chefs. The class might be divided in smaller groups, and each Chef will look after 15 participants
  • From November 1st 2024 until March 31st 2025, cooking class is available only in English
  • Severe and contact celiacs may not attend the event due to probable contamination.
  • Please inform us in advance of food intolerances or allergies
  • Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

What You’ll Experience

Master the authentic method of pasta creation with a rolling pin before trying your hand at the modern technique by machine. Under the expert guidance of your chef, you'll work with flour, eggs and other ingredients to create three styles of pasta with different sauces as well as a typical Italian dessert. This easy to follow class is both enjoyable and fun. Ideal for groups or individuals, you're then invited to dine on the dishes you've prepared as you take your seat at the table for lunch (or dinner, depending on the option selected). Satisfied by your culinary creations, toast your new found friends with Tuscan wine and dig in for an unforgettable feast. Buon appetito!
