I took my son snd daughter-law to the Mochi making class last week in Tokyo. We loved it.
It was a small group and we had the opportunity to learn how to make several different mochi. The instructor, Miho, gave interesting background on Japanese traditions along with the instructions and the mochi tasted great. I was even able to share mine with my great niece.

Thank you for hosting this class. We are from America and love mochi. My son loves making desserts so this was a perfect experience. The rich history about mochi that was shared was also a bonus to learn the cultural significance of mochi. We will try making it ourselves at home and show our friends!

The class was amazing, the teacher is lovely, very clear and interesting and the mochis we learned how to prepare and tasted were delicious. I will definitely take another class with them whenever I return to japan and highly recommend it to anyone going!

This was one of our favorite experiences in Tokyo- and we have some hard to please teen agers. The class was fun and easy to follow and so yummy to eat at the end. We can’t wait to make mochi at home!
