Upon arrival, embark on a guided tour of the dairy, delving into the history and production stages of the world-famous Emmentaler AOP, famous for its holes.
After the tour, roll up your sleeves for a hands-on workshop. Under the guidance of an experienced cheesemaker, learn to make fresh cream cheese step by step. At the end of the workshop, take home the cheese you’ve crafted with your own hands.
