Brilliant, engaging and delicious class led by knowledgeable chefs! Takes place in a lovely, small setting. Described by the chefs as “more like work experience” they were true to their word - you were put to work straight away, feeling fully immersed in the experience and loving every minute. Sitting down to our meal at the end felt well and truly deserved. Highly recommend!

Masa and Junko were wonderful instructors! The preparation, cooking and dining experience was one-of-a-kind and they made sure all guests were well taken care of. The gyoza and ramen were oishii and the tips on where to buy local ceramics were excellent! Highly recommend joining this class for an authentic cooking lesson.

Thw Couple was very friendliy and welcomed us very well. We had so much fun and learned a lot about Ramen! The Broth that they prepared beforehand was exceptional! Very rich and yummy.
