My family & I (2 adults and 2 kids - 10yrs & 9yrs) had the opportunity to make Sushi, Tamagoyaki & Miso Soup with Saeko. We had a fantastic time with Saeko taking the time to show us how to make each element of each item. My daughters were very engaged in the process eg when making the sushi Saeko showed us the recipe before we started mixing the ingredients for the rice, demonstrated how to cut the fish for the sushi before we each took our turn, how to make the rolls demonstrating the different quantities needed! it was lots of fun and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Would highly recommend!
