A Japanese cooking school in central Tokyo that specializes in wagashi (Japanese sweets), they offer a variety of one-day classes and longer term courses for everyone, from beginners to advanced students (with certificate). Learn how to make nerikiri (sweet bean paste-based sweets served alongside matcha tea during the tea ceremony), mizugashi (a type of refreshing, artistic jelly), and higashi (dried sweets). These Japanese sweets are not just delicious, they’re also an art form!

At the beginning it was a presentation about the culture and story of mochi, everything was so novel. The instructor is very friendly and helpful.
