Experience Details

Come hungry, leave in love with Sicilian food!

We’ll take you through the heart of Palermo, where every bite tells a story of centuries.

We’ll walk you through La Kalsa, one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods, and introduce you to local artisans preserving authentic Sicilian flavors.

Start with two traditional Sicilian bruschette: ‘cunzata’ with anchovies, cheese, and tomato, and a classic with fresh tomato and basil. Enjoy the city’s iconic street foods like ‘panelle’, ‘sfincione’, and ‘crocchè’ with a Sicilian soda.

Ever wondered how to make authentic Sicilian pizza? You’ll learn from a master pizzaiolo in a stunning 5th-century palace.

All paired with the finest Sicilian wines and cocktails for a truly unforgettable experience!

And no experience in Palermo would be complete without a stop at ‘Bar Costa’ for a cannolo, one of the city’s best. Plus, enjoy a selection of the finest Sicilian wines and cocktails.
