In this engaging experience, you’ll step into a local cafe on the Okinawa main island with amazing ocean views for a hands-on cooking class. Here, you can learn to make two classic Japanese dishes, a comforting bowl of miso ramen and crispy gyoza dumplings, while gaining insights into Japanese culture, language, ingredients, cooking techniques and recipes from your host, a professional chef and cafe owner.
You’ll learn how to make miso ramen and gyoza, a classic combination of Japanese dishes. Using miso from Hokkaido, you’ll create a delicious and authentic miso ramen dish that you’ll complement with crispy gyoza dumplings made from scratch. After your hard work in the kitchen, it’ll be time to enjoy your delicious meal while taking in the incredible ocean views at the cafe.
