Meet Satoko, a bilingual Japanese certified instructor who has been sharing the art of Wagashi from her Tokyo home. With a background that includes nearly 25 years living abroad and a passion for diverse cuisines, Satoko's culinary journey began when her introduction of Wagashi received an unexpectedly big and warm reception.
