Join Chisei, a professional tea instructor, for a unique Japanese tea experience in Tokyo! Taste five varieties of tea, such as matcha, sencha, hojicha, genmaicha, and Japanese black tea, while learning about Japanese tea culture and enjoying handmade tea sweets. You’ll even get to try your hand at making matcha, and sip on matcha lattes and hojicha lattes.


Start your journey by meeting at the designated spot (details will be sent upon booking) before heading to the experience with Chisei. Begin with a refreshing seasonal welcome drink, followed by an engaging session where Chisei shares insights into the art of tea tasting.


Then, dive into a tasting adventure with a variety of teas, Matcha, Sencha, Fukamushi-cha, Kabuse-cha, Hojicha, Genmaicha, and Japanese Black Tea. Compare their colors, aromas, and leaf shapes, savoring the unique characteristics of each. Afterward, indulge in delicious handmade tea sweets and immerse yourself in the hands-on matcha-making experience using a traditional bamboo whisk.


Chisei, your guide, is a former tea farmer from Kyoto with six years of hands-on experience in tea cultivation and processing. His deep knowledge and passion for Japanese tea are evident in every step of the experience, as he shares the joy and complexity of this ancient tradition.

we all have fun learning different type of tea leaves. And the matcha and Hojicha teas are really nice and not forgetting the nice biscuits make by owner.
