The tour of the Tsukiji Fish Market with Chef Saisho was one of the highlights of our trip to Tokyo. Touring the Market with Chef Saisho gave us insight and history of the Market that we would not get touring it by ourselves. Selecting items at the Market and then returning to Chef Saisho's restaurant to have him prepare the ingredients into a private Lunch was something we will not forget. Chef Saisho has a great personality and is very welcoming. His pride in what he does is evident and his patience and hospitality made this one of the best experiences we had in Tokyo!

This was such an enjoyable experience for both my partner and I. We were picked up at the train station and directed back to yoshi’s lovely apartment. The set up for cooking the ramen and the gyoza was amazing and it was also very nice to learn about how we could try and make these foods back home. The green tea was also exceptional and there was lovely sake provided by yoshi. Overall, the ramen and gyoza ended up being really really delicious. It was overall such a beautiful experience. I strongly recommend anyone wanting a cooking class to go to this one. It’s exactly what you want when you think of a cooking class in Japan.
