They offer cooking experiences, like a soba making class, gohei mochi making experience, and manju cooking class. Their buckwheat flour is made in-house using locally-produced buckwheat from a nearby field, and every day, the exact amount of buckwheat flour needed is freshly ground in a mill, for optimal flavor.
