Born and raised in Okinawa, I grew up surrounded by the wisdom of long-lived grandmothers. Together with local farmers and elders, I share Okinawa’s longevity culture as a hands-on Experience. At Okinawa Longevity Table, guests can enjoy traditional meals and stories in a warm farmhouse, feeling the heart and wisdom of Okinawan life.
