Ginza Ishizaki

Bringing great meat to the streets of Ginza since 2016, Ginza Ishiki specializes in the highest quality of Japanese beef possible: A5-grade from Ota and Matsusaka cattle. Various parts of the cattle, from the premium chateaubriand to offal cuts, will be cooked for you in the course meal. You can expect to enjoy hamburger steak, minced beef cutlets, sukiyaki hotpot, and even tongue simmered in red wine. The main event is of course the steak. Theirs are approached with an almost scientific level of care. The temperature is carefully controlled during storage, then the meat is left to warm up as it marinates in sesame oil, before being fried. Alongside your excellent beef meal, you can also enjoy a class of fine wine from France or the USA, and some rare bottles of Japanese whisky you would struggle to find elsewhere. Even the chopsticks are made from whisky barrels! The limited space — 6 counter and 6 table seats — makes Ginza Ishizaki an exclusive dining experience.
