On the first floor of the Vegan Store is Japan’s first all-vegan convenience store. The products sold there are all plant-based, including onigiri, frozen foods, snacks, and ice creams. Not only are they vegan, but they’re also free from additives.
Vegan Store also has a casual restaurant on the second floor. Their menu includes a huge range of dishes, both Western and Japanese, ranging from a double-patty OmniPork burger to vegan ramen. Enjoy gluten-free breads, vegan cheeses, nut milk, and noodles that are made in-house.
They also have an impressive imitation egg yolk to top their konnyaku shougayaki bowl. Beverages include soy-based lattes and kombucha and for dessert, you can also have snacks from the convenience store downstairs.
This restaurant is great for people with various kinds of dietary preferences such as halal, vegetarian, and gluten-free.
Vegan Store is open from 6am till 11pm. It’s located 10 minutes on foot from Asakusa Station.
