Restaurant Details

Mori no Butter specializes in soup curry. As the restaurant’s name suggests, all soup curries come with "Mori no Butter" means fried avocado. The soup curry is really smooth and delicious, and has lots of fresh vegetables which are produced in Asahikawa and cut into large pieces. If you order a soup curry with chicken, you will be surprised that the chicken is cooked so soft that it crumbles in your mouth. There are 4 kinds of soup base (natural, shrimp, coconut, herb) which are all additive-free, and more than 15 kinds of toppings. You can choose from 0 to 10 levels of spiciness. The rice used for the curries is "Nanatsuboshi" from Higashi-Asahikawa, that is one of the famous rice brands, and grown in the clean water of Mt.Daisetsu-zan and the rich land. The appearance of the restaurant looks like a prefabricated house, but the inside is very stylish and cool.
