Guided step by step, you'll shape the signature nougat center, coat it with pistachio marzipan, and finish each Mozartkugel by hand in rich dark chocolate. Your host will share traditional techniques and make sure everyone enjoys the process, regardless of experience. A SWEET SALZBURG MEMORY After your Mozartkugeln have cooled, you'll wrap them in traditional foil and package them to take home. You'll leave with ten handmade Mozartkugeln, the original recipe and, above all, a memorable experience of Salzburg to share with family and friends.
