Sarina Sugar Shed showcases the rich heritage of the sugar cane industry in the Mackay region. Your fully guided one-hour tour will take you on an interactive, educational and tasty journey of the Queensland sugar industry from paddock to plate. Taste award-winning liqueurs made in our on-site boutique distillery, as well as our gourmet range of sauces, chutney and relishes. Tastings also include our freshly-spun fairy floss and our own brewed non alcoholic ginger beer.

Having seen fields of sugar cane as we've explored QLD this gave us the opportunity to see the processing involved. Very interesting and quite unique. Sample tastings at end was also enjoyed!
