Bratislava & Vienna are the two closest capital in Europe, just one hour drive one from another. Take advantage of shor distance and enjoy a one day trip from Vienna to Bratislava. A day trip includes transportation by comfortable bus from Vienna to Bratislava and back, 1 hour walking tour in a historical city center of Bratislava with licensed and knowledgeable guide, 2 course lunch in a local restaurant without drinks and beer tasting (3 samples of a local beer from a microbrewery with pretzel).

What You’ll Experience

The bus departs from Vienna Vienna Hauptbanhof Bus Station - bus stop C1 at 09:50 AM. Bus is operated by SLOVAK LINES. The journey to Bratislava takes about 1h30 min. Drop off at Bratislava Most SNP bus stop. Please kindly be aware, that route from Vienna to Bratislava is unaccompanied. Free time for coffee or tea in Bratislava. Meeting with the guide at 12:00 pm in front of Park Inn by Radisson Danube Hotel, Rybne Namestie 1, Bratislava. One hour walking tour in a historical city center. Afterwards 2 course lunch in a local restaurant. At 14:30 pm beer tasting in a local microbrewery. During walking tour the guide will shows you where the microbrewery is located. At 18:08 pm departure of the bus to Vienna from Bratislava Most SNP bus stop, the same bus stop as you will arrive in Bratislava.

Lunch is very poor, without Sweet and drink. Only one soup and pasta ( the cheapest dishes of the restaurant). The guide is helpful, but not join the lunch and testing.

Interesting and enjoyable. The only negative aspect was that my family was split up in two on the return trip. One was in seat 20 and two in 12. This was very unpleasant.
