Chef Jennifer will guide you in mastering the fundamentals, starting with preparing perfect sushi rice before diving into essential knife skills to slice fresh avocado, cucumber, and mango. You’ll then roll a classic California roll with surimi, avocado, and cucumber, along with a colorful veggie roll packed with fresh, vibrant flavors.


Once your sushi is complete, kick back and enjoy your creations. To elevate the experience, pair your sushi with a craft beer from the brewery’s rotating tap list (available for purchase), making this an unforgettable foodie adventure.
