Under the guidance of your five-star pasta chef, prepare fresh pasta from scratch and pair it with a slow-cooked beef sauce infused with herbs and mushrooms.


Next, master the delicate balance of lemon and capers as you create chicken piccata, elevated with pancetta pork belly and crisp sautéed greens. For dessert, caramelize fresh peaches and serve them with honey and mascarpone cream for a luxurious finish.
