To accommodate specific allergies or dietary needs, please email us least 24 hours before your visit. If no special dietary requests are received, you will be served the standard meal on the day of travel. Please note that we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements on the day of your visit.
- Wheelchair users can sit on the lower deck but must occupy one of the fixed position seats.
- Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. Under 5s are not allowed.
- The route is subject to change due to road closures and traffic conditions.
