During this activity, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of craft beer and discover the beer production process at the renowned Maiella brewery. the activity begins with a guided tour of the brewery, where you can closely observe the beer production phases, from the sourcing of raw materials to fermentation and bottling. You will discover the secrets of creating high-quality craft beers and discover the varieties of malts, hops and yeasts used to achieve unique and distinctive flavours. During your visit, you will also have the chance to meet the brewery's expert brewers, who will share their knowledge and answer your questions about craft beer. You will learn to recognize different styles of beer and evaluate their sensory characteristics, such as aroma, color and body. After that, you will be guided to a specially organized tasting room, where you can taste a selection of 4 beers produced by the Maiella brewery. On Saturdays and Sundays you will also have the opportunity to choose to taste the beers together with typical products.
