English Guided UNESCO listed Cellars tour followed by a Champagne lunch at restaurant Le Réfectoire of Maison Pommery.

During the tour You will learn every aspect of the winemaking process with your guide. At the end of the visit, proceed to our restaurant where the chef will propose lunch accompanied by the Champagnes tasting of three cuvées from the Apanage range to match Your dishes (pairing).

Another Champagne tasting of 3 glasses at a Local Champagne producer. Saint-Sindulphe church visiting in Hautvillers where Dom Perignon was buried. Short stop at Viewpoint over vineyards & Marne river. Reims Cathedral self-guided visit.

07:30 Pickup from your hotel. Departure destination Champagne region. The ride takes about 2 hours (140 km) and one part of it goes along the picturesque Champagne landscapes and vineyards. One stop at a rest area will be made.

Hautvillers

10:00 - 10:30  Visit the Abbey's Church of Sindulphe d'Hautvillers (Abbaye Saint-Pierre d'Hautvillers). It is a former Benedictine monastery. The Abbey was founded in 665 and remained active till the French Revolution 1789. Dom Perignon has developed the wine making methods in the region of Champagne. Nowadays there are 26 local Champagne producers in the village. Stop at the View point with best Panoramic views over the vineyards and Marne river.
