We believe that taking part in the cooking process is equally important or even more important than just trying a recipe. That's why we chose to offer an activity, during which we will cook with you and show you the secrets behind a successful Cypriot barbecue.

STARTER

Warm garlicky and smoky eggplant purée + pita bread

We do a mean eggplant purée. After we grill the eggplants, they are transferred to a dish and gets mashed, alongside smoky garlic.

Cypriot "choriatiki" (village) salad + condiments

A cool and tasty canvas of colours and scents. Cypriot salad pairs very well with meat and vegetable main courses.

MAIN

Meat or vegetable souvlaki or souvla

Charcoal-grilled skewers of meat or vegetables. The meat-eaters' menu includes sausages and sheftalia and the vegetarians' menu includes legumes.

DESSERT

Unsalted Anari cheese desert

Creamy Anari cheese with honey, nuts, and fruits (dried and fresh).

What You’ll Experience

We all have that friend that is a barbecue buff! What? You don't? Tough luck. Don't frown, though. During this custom service, our barbecue wiz will cook a fantastic meal with you and will also guide you through the whole process, giving pointers and tips. A fiery experience for meat-eaters and vegetarians alike. Drinks: We provide one 1,5-litre bottle of water per person and some shots of ice-cold Zivania.
