In each winery the specialist somelier will explain the procedure of the specific wine tasted. This is the most complete wine tour.
The island is known for producing several different types of wine, including white wines made from Assyrtiko grapes, red wines made from Mavrotragano and Aidani grapes, and sweet wines made from Vinsanto grapes.
