Wine & Food Pairings: Chiaretto Spumante Brut DOC – Paired with a traditional Italian appetizer. White or Sparkling Wine – Served with polenta and trout in saor, a Venetian specialty. Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC – Accompanied by a rustic bruschetta with fresh cherry tomatoes and creamy stracciatella. Bardolino Classico DOC Red Wine – Perfectly matched with soppressa (a traditional cured meat) and local cheese. At the end of the tasting, those who wish can visit the winery to explore the cellars, learn about our winemaking process.
