This was the culinary highlight of my trip to Japan. Each course was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The sake pairing was perfect, elevating the entire meal. It was an intimate and unforgettable evening—I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

I had such a fantastic experience on the tea farm tour with Akito. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and was very happy to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend this tour if you happen to be in Shizuoka or if you have any interest in learning about tea.

It was an unforgettable dinner. All the dishes were exceptional and surprising, true mastery on show with every dish. Stand out dishes for me were the corn in dashi with glass shrimp, the onion and actually every single dish. I would come back in a heartbeat and I’m grateful to have been able to try this food. Compliments to the chef and his talented and dedicated team.
